Observation details
Documented rarity Great views at 7:20-7:30pm at Allen Williamson's home. Waited 5 hrs+ bird appeared when most people left - no great lighting but clearly saw dark mask and more brow. Took 2 pictures of back and tail it never stayed out in the ope for long and spent time flicking litter in the shadows.
