Observation details

Seen perched on a snag from the wooden bridge that crosses Big Branch parallel to the Eden Mill Road bridge. Large flycatcher, short tail, dark vest contrasting with white throat and belly, white tufts on sides of rump. Observed sallying and eating insects on its perch. Photos. Found by Tim Carney.
