Observation details
Found earlier by Andy Bell. A mostly white Gull with light gray mantle. Much smaller than Ring-billed Gull, but 40-50% larger than Bonaparte's Gull. A distinct black collar was on the nape, and the tail had a black margin. The leading edges of the wing had a dark edged that arched toward the back, giving a unique pattern bisected pattern to the upper wing. The Gull fed much like the Bonaparte's - passing over thr lower spillway with an occasional drop to the water to catch prey.
