Media notes

Calls of adults alarming as I was near to a well developed nestling that was on the ground. When I stepped back the adults came in to feed the young repeatedly.

Observation details

Young bird giving high pitched calls from from ground in small channel by path. Fully feathered and perhaps close to flying. Not clear if has fallen out of nest. Both male and female parents coming to the chick and feeding it.
