Observation details
Well-documented singing around 26.0738768, -98.1323330 across the river in Mexico, but the bird flew across and sang a few times in the US as well. Singing two song types, sometimes mixed in one: one that sounded like COYE and the other like a strange PABU. Drab long-tailed olive warbler with yellow throat and vent, black lores, broken eye-ring and grayish crown. Will add actual photos and a recording later.
