Observation details

Bird first seen by Viveka Ohman of Vancouver, part of a group returning from a birding trip by boat to Race Rocks. "No black crown or nape, dark streak behind eye, very pale (silvery) uppers." Others present: Mike Force, Dave Fraser, Marilyn Lambert, Leah Ramsay, Alan MacLeod, Wayne Weber, Mike Bentley(?)
