Media notes
Aggressive interaction with Black Phoebe. In close contact it sang (I missed most of it) then called ("Pi-teer") afterwards. Recorded at 8:01am.
Observation details
Continuing (33.3837932, -112.3057682) First seen around 8am. Sang mostly when aggressively interacting with BLPHs which happened very briefly when I first detected it. Otherwise watched it work the area, occasionally calling quietly. Lost track of it around 9am. At one point I saw it fly out of sight to the south, then a short bit afterward there was one singing far to the north. I don't know if there are two or if it flew a big circle and decided to sing forcefully away from my prying ears to taunt me or if it was someone using playback. I mostly saw nobody there, only running into one birder a while later.
