Swimming with one adult Tundra Swan, five Canadas and two Branta sp. Significantly larger body size than the TUSW and all six Trumpeters dusky grayish. Bills black at bases with irregular pink saddles over distal halves of bills. Large, wedge-shaped heads with foreheads sloping straight into straight culmens with no angle. Long, skinny necks often appearing curved well backward over upper backs and with bulge forward at bodies. All birds legs seen out of water when they stood on shoreline; color was pale yellowish-pink and legs appeared thick in comparison with smaller adult TUSW's black legs.
