Observation details
Continuing bird that was originally found by John Harris on 11/28. This loon was found around the old boat ramp between the Campground/dayy use structures #5 & #6. It spent a lot of time actively feeding & diving. Documentary photos attempted thought the bird was aways out in the reservoir. A smallish, slender loon that has a gray look to the back; has a slender gray looking angled bill, with extensive white on the face and some grayish color on neck. PALO ruled since a chin strap was not visible. Bill and general shape of loon too small to be a COLO.
