Calls and soft song-like phrases from a single bird flying in to land and then continuing along the road to join a larger group.
Observation details
Flyover flocks, occasionally coming in to feed in tamaracks and gritting on road. Drew's notes: Flew in and out in flocks of between 6 and 18 individuals. Similarly sized flocks seemed to be comprised of different combinations males and females, hard to determine whether we were seeing the same flocks over and over (which would make real number closer to 30), or whether it was different flocks moving through (trail number closer to 100).
