A male Rufous Treecreeper hopping along a mossy log in Karri forest.
Observation details
Rufous Treecreepers (Climacteris rufus) are the richest coloured treecreeper and are found in a range of habitats from wet eucalypt forest to eucalypt woodland and in drier areas mallee and spinifex . This Rufous Treecreeper was hopping along a mossy log in the Tree in the Rock Picnic Area in Porongurup National Park.
