Observation details
Originally found this bird along the SE edge of the property calling high in one of the trees along the lighthouse fence line. The call sounded Yellow-rump like but with a hint of empid to it (IMO). I located the bird and saw that it was an 'Audubon's' Yellow-rumped Warbler. After I snapped a few photos, the bird took off calling and circled the backside of the lighthouse and made its way into the neighborhood. It returned a few minutes later, landed for a few more minutes then picked up again circling and calling, disappearing once more into the neighborhood towards Russian Beach. Poor photos attached.
