Observation details
These are Pekin ducks, an American breed of domestic duck raised primarily for meat. It’s a mallard derived from birds brought to the United States from China in the nineteenth century. Neither Ebird or Merlin lists this species and this is the closet I could come. We saw these living in the wild along the Maurice River in Millvile, NJ.
