Observation details
WEFL-type empid with teardrop shaped eye ring, broad-based bill whose lower mandible was pale. Olive-yellow underparts. Would have left it as WEFL, but it did call repeatedly, given the upslurred SREET/TSWEET call, as named by Pieplow, and a TINK at the end. Since there's so much ambient road noise at this location, I brought no recording equipment other than my phone. Recording 9371 is the unedited recording; 1471 was HP filtered and normalized.
