Observation details
Rare-chunkier than mourning but similar in coloration...setting bird showed white along front side of wing and black spot on side of neck and rounded, not pointed tail...bird flew and showed rounded tail with obvious white edge and large white patches on wings...continuing bird...homeowner first saw single bird 17 April, saw two birds the 23rd. Only one bird present today. Homeowner also saw this species last summer at this location. Exact location withheld due to courtesy. Homeowner needs to be contacted directly.
