Observation details
Continuing bird found by Matt Brady and others in the AM. On Crossbred Lane, feeding with cowbirds at the western-most cattle troughs. Female. Entirely black/brown. Wings and tail glossy black. Head and body dark brown. Larger and lankier than surrounding cowbirds, with a longer narrower bill and longer legs. Tail long and straight, proportionally similar to the tail length of nearby cowbirds, and not nearly as long as the tail of a grackle. Photos.
