ML: ML107769 was split in Dec 2023; ML107769 remains a recording of Eurillas gracilis, while a section of Eurillas curvirostris calls has been removed from the end of ML107769 and assigned its own catalog number, ML274475. -Matt Medler, 15 Dec 2023. Recordist's original notes for ML107769, which originally included both E. gracilis and E. curvirostris: either a Pycnonotus curvirostris or gracilis. The incessant calls at beginning sound like gracilis. The rattles at end sound like curvirostris. Bird responded to playback of Pycnonotus gracilirostris and was perched about 5m away and 4m up in tangle. Sound stimulation was (other): Playback of Pyc. gracilirostri. Habitat: Forest, Evergreen Forest, Swamp.
