Observation details

This foot and feathers were found spread over a 10' radius around a large Douglas Fir tree, with an understory of Vine Maple, Salal, and Currants. We have a lot of Great Horned Owl and Barred Owl activity in our yard. My guess is one of them was the culprit here?
