Observation details
Found at 14:00 on highest wire approx 1/4 mile west of intersection of LA-108 and Fabacher Rd. This is south of location given in previous day’s eBird report (thanks for posting that btw). Adult with long tail feathers and black cap. FTFL was very aggressive with any bird that flew in its vicinity. Poor, but diagnostic, photos to be added later (shot into the sun while vehicle was moving). Bird then moved 1/4 mile west down LA-108 settled briefly again on highest wire then veered off into back of private yard with numerous live oaks and headed south away from road.. Drove around area for another 30 mins but did not refind.
