Observation details
Found while conducting usual fall surveys of old sludge drying beds. Bird seen at 1600 in Bed 9, swimming and feeding by itself. It later joined 7 BWTE and 2 NSHO on the shore, then joined the swimming teal. No bands or other markings indicated captivity. However, all WCHP near human activity is suspect in Miami-Dade County or extreme South Florida. This location is RESTRICTED and INACCESSIBLE to the public. no bands 10-8-13
