Observation details
Young bird (juvenile or early first-cycle) that looked good for Nazca given bill color and underwing pattern. Photos show an orangish-tipped bill, underwing with darkish markings that favor Nazca over Masked, and a lack of a hindcollar that would be expected in a Masked of this age. Flew over the boat and disappeared quickly into the fog. Photos will be added.
