NOTES: (General Climate: Humid. Cover Density: Thick. Bias: II.) Subspecies is leucogaster. Description at end of cut. Shrub later identified as Vernonia sp. Evidently a roost for the Hemispingus Came through the thickets every day at same time and sang over the thickets just after dawn. See other cuts. Normally this species foraged high in trees. Recording began with the individual about 15 m. away and continued to about 1 m away with recording level turned down as it approached. Habitat: Second-growth, Edge.
