Observation details
This bird was found at the look-off on the top of the hill between 2nd and 3rd beach at 8:45 am. I stood silent and still on the granite rock for several minutes and this warbler came into my view. I initially thought the bird was a Black-throated Green warble but quickly decided the eye patch was too dark for that species. I mistakenly identified the bird as a Cape May Warbler and Jim Edsall caught the error.
