Observation details
This bird was feeding in low plants along a wet area near the parking lot at Marley WMA in Wilkes County. This is the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The bird was silent and did not respond to various calls that we played. It never flew higher than 8 feet and was feeding from inside the branches of the low trees mostly.
