Not the best quality digibin photo but see bird to left of Osprey with wings spread.
Observation details
This bird was perched on a snag next to the Osprey. After several minutes of observation the bird flew down to the water, swam around and dove a few times. It was darkish brown with a long hooked bill. I have attached some digibin photos that are not the best but may be helpful.
