Observation details

RARE. Photographed. Minimum of two second-cycle birds observed at the same time, though others may have seen a 1st-cycle. Photographed. Pale overall, pink bill with black tip, and large frame (larger than HEGU). Light brown outer-primes contrasting nicely with paler inners giving a Thayer's wing-tip pattern (when extended):
