Observation details
Found by Bob Showler on Friday September 18th. I tried on September 19th in the early morning but did not find it. Late that afternoon it was seen again. Others tried on September 20th without luck. I was there late in the afternoon with wind, rain and mosquitoes and found it right away. The best way to find it is to look along the seaweed line, that is where it likes to feed.
