Observation details
Incredible views of a pair of these exquisite grasswrens on a rock ledge. Quintessential White-Throated Grasswren habitat: rocky ledge with a mix of rock (50% cover), old unburnt spinifex (15% cover) and low heath (35% cover). We were following a tip-off from a friend-of-a-friend bushwalker (credit where its due) who saw WT Grasswrens at a location 200m from this pair in July/August 2020. Note: GPS location of this checklist is not accurate and Permit required for Koolpin Gorge.
