Observation details
A small Petrel with a light grey body from head to the tail and dark wing coverts. The under-body was almost entirely white except at the tip of the tail where there is a dark black border. The face was white, and it had a small black bill. The under-wings are white with a strong black outline. The eye had a white supercilium through a mostly grey head and was almost black below. Birds were heading south. They came in intervals of between 30-minutes to 1 hour and having a maximum of 5 on sight at once. They never came to close to the boat. (Please see images as reference)
