NOTES: Weather: WIND; BEE-BUZZ SONG PLUS A CURIOUS SQUEAK-SCRUB NOTE AT THE END OF THE CUT. BIRD SINGING FROM TREE AT THE EDGE OF FIELD THEN DROPPED DOWN TO UNDERBRUSH. I BELIEVE THERE WAS A FEMALE BLUE-WINGED WARBLER IN THE UNDERBRUSH. OLD ALFALFA FIELD ON RIDGE, BORDERED BY SECOND GROWTH WOODS. NORTH ABOVE MILE 2.8 OF CLEAR CREEK VALLEY. [Five Type IA songs (following BNA) and an odd "dzrrt" call that was apparently given by this species (0:58), but unlike anything described in BNA account. Quality changed from 2-3 to 2 - CAM - 14 June 2005]. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Forest, Second-growth, Edge.
