Observation details
The turnover here over the past few weeks has been interesting to watch although not unexpected at this time of year; there have presumably been 15+ individuals since early August, but at this point it's getting impossible to keep track. I saw 9 individuals on my last visit (6 Sept, not entered, oops), which including 5 adults, 1 almost-adult third-summer type, two first-summers and only one juvenile, but today there were three juveniles and only one adult! I assume these, like the recently flurry Caspian Terns, are migrants that are only stopping for brief periods, and thus involve more individuals than it seems.
