Observation details

Unsure of ID. I considered Cape May as well. White arcs above and below eye, dark eyeline. Streaking on breast with a yellowish wash, but plainer white belly and under tail coverts. 2 wing bars, pretty distinct in last photo, not as clear in the previous one, on black wings. Overall appearance was fairly sleek, longish bill. Very active. The head shots don't look yellow at all, but the body shots show a clear wash on the front end of the bird. I included the only tail shot. The seemingly unstreaked throat looks good for BPWA. Is it too much streaking on the breast? Any input is welcome, even if it is to leave it unidentified without better photos. Perhaps I am missing an obvious clue.
