Media notes
Unseen bird recorded near the parking lot. The crows' voices sounded interesting, and I didn't realize until I listened to the recording at home that they were mobbing a bird. The likeliest is an Eastern Screech Owl. Bill clicking can be heard at about 41 sec. The soft calls are best heard with ear phones and are at 6.8, 33.8, 44, 47, and 56 seconds.
Observation details
Possibly Eastern Screech Owl. Two kinds of sounds, a soft cooing type sound repeated several times on the recording, and bill clicking that can be heard at about 41 seconds.
