Observation details
*Uncommon but regular along Lake Champlain in ideal habitat. Nonetheless, always exciting to see. Total of 3 individuals traveling around with the smaller calidrids and Sanderlings. Large, long-winged peeps with pale brown scaly appearance. All three were juveniles. Folded wings extending well beyond tail tip. Well photographed.
