he 2nd and 3rd birds from the left are adult Neotropic Cormorants. As you can see in this enlarged and heavily cropped photo, they were a considerable distance from the Great River Road in Dyer Co, TN.
Observation details
I located two adult Neotropic Cormorants, both sporting filoplumes, roosting with 25 DC Cormorants in willow trees just north of the Obion River off the Great River Road. 1-2 birds were present through July 16 and were also seen by W.G. Criswell during this time period.
