Observation details
I believe both are worn juveniles. The slightly paler bird was found among a small group of peeps, slightly east of nearby Chapin beach entrance. The second WESA flew in with a group of small shorebirds from the direction of Mayflower Beach, putting down in front of the houses between Chapin and Mayflower. Slightly longer, drooping bill, rufous highlights on scaps.
