Observation details
Finally found one after 5th visit this year around the bay! It was foraging with some WESA and obviously a bit smaller than them, still looked bigger than the LESA. It has black legs and a short straight tubular black bill. Gray back, body, lores and crown with very little color elsewhere expect for light buffy wash over chest. As well as dark ear coverts and whitish supercilium suggesting juvenile. Primary projection is slight lost in the photo but was a little bit past tertails. See photo below.
