Observation details
Foraging in phytoplankton in shallow area along shoreline. Black bill, black legs, black around eye and on cheek, white eyebrow, and white throat. Mostly black and white overall. Noticeable white spot on shoulder. Some redness on back. Remained in same location all evening and sleeping on floating vegetation overnight. More pictures available if needed.
