Medium raptor, dark above, white below with black on wings and tail, distinctive long deeply forked tail. Circling around fields behind 253 Deer Meadow, occasionally going across the road. Amazing views. Reported by homeowner on Aug 9, also reported a short way north on the same road on Jul 24. Photos.
