Two clips from at longer (2:40) recording, edited to remove observer noises.

Observation details

Much better views today. Calls heard were single, grating rattles 'kreeeet'. The bird seemed to dive by at least marginally spring diving with shallow leap. This is usually used to achieve deeper dives, but the water here is only 10-15' deep.
