Observation details
In my peripheral vision I noticed motion among the reeds to the left (south) of the platform. Within seconds of one another I got a few shots on my Sony camera before the bird flew out. I have shared photos with Jamie Chavez and others for ID help. The quality of the photos is very disappointing
