Observation details
Soaring above river and NR Greenway at mm 16 1/2 at 8:35. Took a brief movie of the flight; screenshots are diagnostic. Saw a MIKI an hour later as I walked at Anderson Point, and it appeared to be in the same general area (in the distance and above the NR near Mingo Creek).
