Observation details
Found by Fred Weber. 2nd county record, but 1st county record of free-flying birds (previous record was an injured bird found on road in Crandon Lakes area during Hurricane Fran in Sept.1996). White "forehead", very dark back, mostly black on dorsal side of forked tail, underside white w/dark primary tips & trailing edge of wings, etc. Congrats to Fred on a superb find!
