Observation details
Continuing bird. It was feeding on the wet grass, lots of small puddles, in the off-leash dog area, together with approx. 50 Mew Gull. Similar size to the Mew Gulls although paler and with distinctive head pattern and bill/leg colour unlike the Mew Gulls. In flight, upperwing and underwing colouring also unlike the mew Gulls, making it easy to locate.
