Observation details
The smaller bird beside the immature Cassin's finch is the immature pine siskin. It's noticeably smaller and does have a yellow tinge to the wing that can be seen. The beak shape and size are also a bit smaller and finer. Either an indication of age, or due to the slipperiness of the tile, the pine siskin did seem a bit more clumsy than the better-balanced adults we've seen perch on the feeder. During a video of this instance, I actually witnessed it fall on it's face for a brief second before getting back up.
