Observation details

Heard and seen as we drove by. After stopping, we saw two immatures, flying then perched together, with heavy breast streaking on buff background color and with thin moustaches. Adult screaming and flying with them, then beyond. Two other mid-sized raptors seen flying low along drainage ahead of these three, being chased?
