Observation details
Heard and seen well. Yellowish face and breast, whitish trailing wings. Bird was being chased by a Red-Winged Blackbird and landed right in front of me, then flew up again and disappeared into grass. Same location as reported by others: CA side, about -50 feet to south of border, ~100 ft East of corner post in corner of parking lot. 20 min later bird came extremely close to barbed wire fence and I recorded it
