Observation details
One bird was taking nesting material from their established nest on the powerline tower and taking it to another location on the tower. Same bird would then visit road, gather more material, and take it to the new location. It appears that they are building a new nest. The location of the potential new nest is pictured here, though the spot itself is behind the pole and not visible from the road.
