Observation details

Totally gobsmacked to find this bird in a very thin strip of riparian forest among tall miombo. According to "Birds of Malawi: An Atlas and Handbook" by Dowsett and Dowsett -Lemaire , there are very few records of this species from the central plateau of Malawi.
