Observation details
Sitting on a snag northwest of the boardwalk. A large dark flycatcher with dark flanks and a white throat and central belly imparting the vested look that is distinctive for this species. A few times during the observation the bird turned away from us and we were able to clearly see the two white tufts on the sides of the rump. Distant frontal photos will be added.
